Referral/Introduction Process


We get asked a lot if we are accepting new clients.  We are and always will be, but let me walk you through it. 

First of all, if you know of someone who could benefit from our services, introduce them to our website, and have them click on the "About Us" section and then "Prospective Clients" link.  From there, they can read about how we do what we do for those new to our firm.

Ron's philosophy on being introduced to people referred from our clients:

When I get introduced to the friends, family, and coworkers of our clients, it is a great compliment and also a tremendous responsibility that I would never take lightly. 

I have always said that over my career, as long as my focus inside my practice is taking care of my clients, my clients will take care of me.  That is what I believe, and it is what I have experienced. 

There are only so many hours in a week and I don't want to spend those hours looking for a new client.  Growth is important but not at the expense of taking time away from my current clients.  By building a client focused firm with a great team and fiduciary quality financial planning advice, all of our new clients come from the introductions from our current clients.  We want the firm and our reputation for quality financial advice and superior service to be the reason we attract successful people so they can take advantage of our services.  But that can only happen with your help.

My promise is that I will always take the time to meet with and help anyone you introduce to me and my firm.  I have found from doing this, 2 things can happen.  One is that I find we are a good fit, I can add value to them, and I offer them the opportunity to join us to become a client.  The other is that we may not be a good fit, but I still offer them some advice to get them on the right track and let them know what they can do to make their financial condition stronger.  Either way, I want them to go back to you and let you know that the process was a great use of time and a value to them.
